In this course, you’ll learn basics of drywall repair (removing, replacing, texturing, and painting) using the related tools while also learning how to apply trim to ceilings, walls and door frames. Students will practice selecting, cutting and fastening trim; removing and replacing damaged windows; replacing opening/closure mechanisms; and reapplying trim and paint finishes. Proper safety standards and following manufacturer specifications for proper installation of drywall and insulation will be covered.

Cliff McHenry has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction. He has worked with local housing programs and as a general contractor, home inspector and construction trades instructor.
