I Know I Can - Unalakleet PDF Print E-mail
Unalakleet School IKIC Students in Shelly Herzing's classroom participated in Unalakleet's "I Know I Can" event on November 14, 2011. BSSD Superintendent Rob Picou volunteered in the classroom. The event was coordinated by Northwest Campus Advisor Kathy Commack, teacher Shelly Herzing and student teacher Heather Dickens.

Mr. Picou talking to the students

Students asked Mr. Picou a lot of questions about his family, background, and education. Mr. Picou and the students took turns reading from the “I Know I Can” book.

The students enjoyed the I Know I Can book!

The students colored the postcards with their future goals. The students were excited to do the activities on the back of the book and be able to keep the book. Thank you to Unalakleet School, it was a fun event!
